Adrian’s physique and stage presence displayed the ultimate standard in his category. Fitting the YNF Physique criteria to a T. Excellent body conditioning, symmetry, prominent abdominals, V taper and overall stage presence & confidence.
“I am 27 years old. I have been training since I was 17 when I got my first gym membership, so coming up to 10 years now! My older brother, who is also a high-level natural bodybuilder, got me into bodybuilding & also prepped me for my first show at the age of 19. After seeing the change within myself physically and mentally, I fell in love with the sport and haven’t looked back since. I have continuously worked on my craft over the years and gained my Elite status with YNF in Season B 2021 in Men’s Physique, which was always my dream since my first show to win an overall title.”
